This is how to measure your helmet size correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible measuring tape.
It is important that the measuring tape runs around the widest part of your head – only then will you get an accurate result.
Place the measuring tape about 1-2 cm above your eyebrows at the front and run it along the sides above your ears.
At the back, the measuring tape should run over the largest area at the back of the head (not too low on the neck). The tape can run slightly diagonally – what matters is that it fits snugly around the largest circumference points of your head.
Make sure that the measuring tape is snug but not cutting into your skin. It’s best to measure 2-3 times to get the most accurate result. You can then compare the measured value in centimeters (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an accurate result
- Lay hair flat (e.g., do not measure with a voluminous hairstyle)
- Run the measuring tape horizontally or along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model/fit)

A new helmet may feel a bit tighter at first, as the inner padding will adjust slightly over time.
