We ship with DHL and FedEx – express shipping is available upon request. If an item is in stock, express shipping can often be done within 1 business day. The regular delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days nationally, and about 1 week internationally. Please check the available shipping options and times in the cart, as we offer multiple shipping providers depending on the country.
Returns must be registered in advance via email and are possible according to our cancellation policy (14 days return request + 14 days return period after approval). Please note: Unregistered returns will not be accepted. All details regarding conditions, exceptions, and refunds can be found in our cancellation policy.
