The Yamaha YZF-R1 and R1M represent uncompromising racing technology, crossplane character, and extreme performance. Especially with the powerful engine brake of the CP4 engine, the clutch significantly determines how controllable the bike feels in the limit range.
The TGP MotoRacing Hyperdiscs aluminum clutch discs replace the standard steel intermediate plates with coated aluminum discs. This reduces the rotating mass in the clutch pack – resulting in noticeable advantages during revving up, braking, and downshifting.
Two variants – perfectly tuned to your clutch system
The Hyperdiscs are model- and clutch-specific and are available for both the original Yamaha clutch and for STM or Suter anti-hopping clutches. This ensures correct pack thickness and clean function at all times.
