The K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) Closed Cartridge Kit was specifically for the original fork of the Yamaha YZF-R7 (21–25) developed. This state -of -the -art damping system uses a 20 mm piston that ensures an improved oil flow through the 31 mm control valves and thus enables precise and sensitive damping control.
The patented DDS design prevents cavitation and guarantees constant performance even under extreme conditions. The independently working damping circles (asymmetrical system) increase the dynamics and improve the response time. The system keeps a spring force stable and reliably at all times.
